Our Current Adoptees
Pumpkin
DOB: 06/24/2008
DSH Black & White
Pumpkin was surrendered by her owners who wanted to euthanize her for going potty outside of her litterbox! Luckily, Loving Arms Rescue saved her from this fate and brought her to us. Down, now, nearly seven pounds, Pumpkin is active, very loving and happily using her litterbox! She adores head rubs and will gently remind you of your petting duties by tapping you with her paw. Her charming and loving nature has made her a clinic favorite! However, what Pumpkin truly needs is a forever home; one that will give this sweet and tender kitty all the love she deserves!
Justine
DOB: approx 03/02/2017
DSH Brown Tabby
Our Little Justine
Hello CVC Family and Friends! We'd like you to meet Justine! A recent rescue kitty now with the Cat Vet and in search for her forever home. Justine will be turning 1 year old in March, a little Pisces. She is a super special girl, one living with Feline Leukemia and the sweetest disposition! Our hope is to find a wonderful forever home for her where she can live happily and share her purrs and cuddles as the One and Only kitty in their world! If you have space in your home and heart for her, we know she has love to give you! Please help us find her somewhere she can call home and someone to have as her family!
Bobby Valentino
DOB: Approx 03/11/2017
DSH Dilute Orange Tabby
Mr. Bobby Valentino
This little guy will turn 1 in March and is ready to spend the rest of his birthdays with you! Valentino has a bobbed tail and is so sweet...you'll get a toothache after all the love you'll receive from him Bobby came to us with a nursing mom Spring time last year and has since been with a great foster family, but the time has come for him to find a home he can truly call his own! Is it with you?
Maggie
DOB: 10/05/2015
Siamese Mix
Maggie is a rescue under Animal Justice League. Her recent foster describes her as one of the best cats she's had the pleasure of fostering. Maggie is a super super sweet girl, one who loves her chin scratches and to be cuddled. She started off a bit shy and scared, but with time and consistent loving, she came out of her shell and has been nothing but purrs! Maggie gets along with dogs (her foster has a 10 year old pit mix) and other cats. Her personality is already there, now we just want to get her a home! Is it with you!?
Our Rescue Program cats change frequently.
We will update this page and our Facebook with the fur babies we have available.
About Our Adoptions
The Rescue Program is a voluntary program funded by the Cat Vet Clinic.
Application
If you are interested in adopting one of our cats please fill out the adoption application found on the Forms page or pick up an application at the front desk at the Cat Vet Clinic. We give preference to established clients, but if you have never been to the Cat Vet Clinic we still encourage you to submit an application. On a case by case basis we are happy to place our rescue cats with non-clients.
Trial Run
Potential adopters take cats on a two week trial run. At pick up we will go over the recommended integration procedures, nutritional needs, and any questions you may have. If there is any issue at all with the cat they must be returned to us. After the trial run, new owners must sign an adoption agreement.
Adoption Agreement
You can find the adoption agreement on our Forms page. This agreement states that you will take full financial responsibility of your new cat, will not declaw, and will provide proof of spay or neuter if done outside of the Cat Vet Clinic.
